   Monthly - $1600
Holiday Rates:
Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years
$250.00 per night.
Tax 10% Florida tourist tax applicable
Minimum Stays: Minimum stay is a 3 nights booking (Saturday to Saturday) or more.
Low season (excluding Holidays): Minimum stay is 3 nights within the same week (Cannot block a two-week booking with a 5 night stay)
Payment:
Deposits: 50% deposit is required for all reservations. Balance is due 3O days before arrival date. $500.00 security deposit due upon arrival and is refundable less any damage/excessive wear and tear within 30 days of rental. A $89 cleaning fee will apply.

Check-Out 11:00 AM 		 
Payment Method: Personal check, bank check, money order or cash.
Cancellations/Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable unless we can rebook your home's dates.  You can also use your deposit to rebook new dates.
